The version valid at the time the website is accessed or an order is placed shall apply. The offer on this website is directed exclusively to customers with residence in Switzerland.

These GTC, delivery and payment conditions, and data protection provisions may be updated from time to time. no-rats-on-board.com asks customers to read these provisions carefully each time they visit the website or place an order.
These GTC apply exclusively. Any conflicting, supplementary, or deviating terms require the express written confirmation of cleveres.ch in order to be valid. By using this website or placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these GTC, including the delivery and payment conditions.
Should individual provisions of these GTC prove to be invalid or unenforceable, or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

3. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, the prices listed on no-rats-on-board.com include the statutory value-added tax (VAT), any applicable advance recycling fees, and copyright levies for electronic devices. Prices are stated in Swiss Euro (EUR) net.
Shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, are charged additionally and must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.
Technical changes, errors, and misprints remain reserved. no-rats-on-board.com may change prices at any time without prior notice. Consultation and support services are not included in the sales prices.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The offers on this website constitute a non-binding invitation for the customer to order products and/or services from no-rats-on-board.com.
By placing an order through this website and accepting these GTC, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. no-rats-on-board.com then sends an automatic order confirmation by email confirming that the customer's order has been received.
A contract is concluded once no-rats-on-board.com sends a confirmation email stating that the ordered products or services have been shipped.
Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received (except when delivery against invoice is agreed) and provided the goods are available.
If it becomes apparent after the contract is concluded that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, no-rats-on-board.com is entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or part of the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded to the customer. If no payment has been made yet, the customer is released from the obligation to pay. no-rats-on-board.com is not obliged to provide a replacement delivery.
5. Payment Methods and Retention of Title
Customers may use the payment methods specified during the order process.
no-rats-on-board.com reserves the right to exclude customers from certain payment methods without stating reasons or to require advance payment.
Products delivered to the customer remain the property of cleveres.ch until full payment has been received.
6. Delivery, Inspection Obligation, Defect Notification and Returns
Deliveries are made by postal service or courier to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoices are issued by email or post. Upon shipment, risk passes to the customer to the extent permitted by law.
If delivery cannot be completed or the customer refuses acceptance, no-rats-on-board.com may terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and setting a reasonable deadline. Costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects in writing by letter or email to the address listed in the imprint.
Returns are made at the customer's expense and risk. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address stated in the imprint.
If the inspection by cleveres.ch shows that the goods have no detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, no-rats-on-board.com may charge the customer for the handling, return shipment, or disposal costs.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers are granted a right of withdrawal for 10 calendar days after receiving the goods. The deadline is met if the written withdrawal is sent by email or letter to no-rats-on-board.com within this period.
Exercising the right of withdrawal results in a reversal of the contract. The goods must be returned within 10 calendar days in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and the delivery note to the return address specified in the imprint.
Returns are made at the customer's expense and risk. Any payments already made will be refunded within 20 calendar days, provided the goods have been received or the customer provides proof of shipment.
no-rats-on-board.com reserves the right to charge appropriate compensation for damage, excessive wear, or loss of value resulting from improper handling.
No right of withdrawal exists in the following cases:
- If the contract contains a random element, particularly if the price is subject to fluctuations beyond the provider's control.
- If the contract concerns movable goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature or may spoil quickly.
- If the contract concerns goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
- If the contract concerns digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier.
- If the contract concerns services that have been fully performed with the customer's prior consent before the withdrawal period expires.
- In the case of accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure services that must be provided at a specific date or time period.
8. Warranty
no-rats-on-board.com strives to deliver goods of flawless quality. In the case of defects reported in a timely manner, no-rats-on-board.com provides a warranty for defects and functionality for the statutory warranty period, usually two years from the delivery date.
Warranty services may be provided at the discretion of no-rats-on-board.com through free repair, equivalent replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Further claims are excluded.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling, damage caused by the customer or third parties, or defects caused by external circumstances. Warranty claims are also excluded for consumables and wear parts such as batteries and rechargeable batteries.
no-rats-on-board.com cannot guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of website data, nor uninterrupted availability of the website or its functionalities.
9. Liability
no-rats-on-board.com excludes all liability, regardless of legal grounds, as well as claims for damages against no-rats-on-board.com and its agents or assistants.
In particular, no liability is assumed for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or other personal, material, or financial losses of the customer. Mandatory statutory liability, for example for gross negligence or unlawful intent, remains reserved.

10. Data Protection

11. Additional Provisions
no-rats-on-board.com expressly reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time and bring them into force without prior notice.
In the event of disputes, exclusively substantive Swiss law shall apply, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is explicitly excluded.
The place of jurisdiction is Au/Wädenswil, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal jurisdictions apply.
